As career management consultants, we feel this is the best time ever to have a career in classical music. The internet, downloads, social networking, and the access they provide to audiences around the world have resulted in exceptional opportunities.

Alexander & Buono International is devoted to making sure artists know how to maximize their full career potential, and understand how to use the tools of this new technological age to greatest advantage, while combining them with solid business models that work.

It is why we thought it best to create this interactive site to discuss the more fundamental career issues everyone confronts, versus simply giving information about auditions or performances which are covered elsewhere.

Throughout these pages and posts we provide ideas and options for building your career, and cite specific tools you will need along the way. This site is filled with advice and suggestions that will impact your career pursuits, while also helping you to avoid certain pitfalls and decisions that may steer you off course.

Everything here is meant to help clarify the sometimes bewildering dimensions of career development that can only be addressed with easy, straightforward answers and information.
